AGENDA & TOPICS
In an effort to foster deeper connections and to maximize networking, our agenda this year will be a little different. We will mostly be in plenary rather than in breakouts, which is meant to provide more of a retreat feeling. Much of the time in plenary will be spent in small groups that will rotate occasionally. Since we aren’t having traditional conference breakout presentations, everyone is invited to present a poster. Joint presentations are encouraged. The categories for presentation are broad, and lean in to our fun theme of fantasy and magic:
CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Creative titles that also play with our theme of fantasy and magic are welcome, though not required.
While our conference typically does not fill all available spaces, our capacity at this year’s venue is limited to 110 people. If necessary, we will accept applications/registrations on a first-come, first-served basis.
